all labor and parts for a customer’s DoubleStar Corp. firearm that do not qualify and are not covered under DoubleStar Corp.'s warranty of that firearm.

Note: While a rifle is torn down for a repair, it is often cost-effective to add any upgrades you may desire so you do not pay for multiple disassemblies and reassemblies.

All warranty and non-warranty repairs are done by our qualified staff. We take pride in making things right. Your DoubleStar Corp.'s firearm will be given a full diagnosis and all issues will be corrected. All repair work is tested for function before it is considered finished.

We know you want your DoubleStar Corp. firearm back as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, a 2 to 4 week turn around can be expected.

DoubleStar Corp. MUST return the firearm to the person or company that shipped it to us. If no cost is incurred, your rifle will be automatically shipped to the return address. (No phone call).

If non-warranty work needs to be performed, we will contact you regarding the cost of such repairs and get your approval before beginning any work.

All firearms shipped to you after repair will require an adult signature at your address for proof of receipt.


All payments in US funds only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Company checks are welcome, but will be held for up to two weeks for clearance. (A $35.00 charge on all returned checks; No Exceptions!). We also accept wire transfers, cashiers’ checks, or money orders. COD orders are accepted. COD fee of $10.00 per order in addition to regular shipping charges. All COD orders must be paid by certified funds. All orders are FOB Winchester, KY U.S.A. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Weights, measures, and shipping information are approximate and product images may appear without perfect accuracy. DoubleStar Corp and J&T Distributing disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained herein, to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws. Under no circumstances shall DoubleStar Corp or J&T Distributing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from any information contained herein.


DoubleStar Corp., J&T Distributing and Ace Limited proudly stand behind their fine products with factory warranties. Complete firearms from DoubleStar Corp. come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser while parts from J&T Distributing and Ace Limited are covered by a 90 day warranty against all manufacturer defects. If there is an issue with your rifle or part, please call 1-888-736-7725 to receive your RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Returns for any reason will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by DSC. When returning your item, clearly mark your RMA# on the outside of package. Please remove any aftermarket items(scopes, red dots, suppressors, bipods, etc) from the rifle or part you are returning before shipping. DSC is NOT responsible for any lost aftermarket items! Along with the part in question, please include a note with your RMA, return address, phone number, email, model, and serial number if applicable along with a description of the issue you are having with our products. If you are having function problems with your firearm, please send the magazine with it when returning. DSC will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer, but the customer is responsible for getting the part or firearm to us. Please retain your shipping information and serial number of rifle in case of lost packages.

Before seeking warranty work, please refer to the “Troubleshooting” section of your owner’s manual. Make sure to properly clean and maintain your DSC products before returning them for warranty work. Verify any additional parts added, magazines, and ammunition are in good working order. DO NOT SHIP PARTS OR FIREARMS WITH LIVE ROUNDS IN CHAMBERS!! Shop rates plus return shipping will be charged if no defects are found. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any item not defective that is returned to DSC.

Non-warranty repair work will be billed at the normal shop rate($85.00 per hour) plus parts used. You may ship your rifle directly to DSC. The customer will be responsible for shipping to and from DSC. DSC will only do non-warranty work on DSC products. No other brands will be worked on and the part will be shipped back to the customer at their cost. Please call and verify the services you want are available before shipping your firearms or parts to DSC.


J&T and DSC ship packages via U.S. Mail, Fed Ex Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, and UPS shipping. Shipping charges are outlined on the order form. All pistols, pistol frames, and pistol lowers must be shipped via Next Day Air if shipped via UPS. Direct any questions regarding your order to a staff member at 859-745-1757.


Products sold to U.S. based customers are sold for end use in the United States only. Export of these products without prior approval of J&T or DSC is prohibited. Please contact J&T or DSC if you wish to sell any J&T or DSC products outside the U.S.
